"Is it urgent?"

The last two times I've called the doctor's office to make an appointment, they asked me "Is it urgent?"

I just don't know what I'm supposed to say to that. In my mind, "urgent" means I'm already in a cab to the office, if not the hospital, and I'm not going to call to make an appointment. If I'm making an appointment, by definition it's not urgent! Does that mean I don't deserve to see a doctor? Isn't seeing a doctor about non-urgent things the whole point of having doctor's offices?
